    It's Sunday, so that means all day happy hour at Russian River. Had a Gaffer's Bitter, Blind Pig and a Salvation.

    Now drinking this while watching the Lorax with the family.

    By a few minutes. I had Samuel Adams Harvest Pumpkin Ale earlier this afternoon. Now I'm drinking Black Metal Farmhouse Imperial Stout while I listen to some Emperor.

    Just got back home from NC for the weekend, a relaxing time in the mountains, and chillin' at the house.

    Brought back some goodies, of my normal haul.

    Noonday IPA from Nantahala. Really good IPA, super drinkable.

    Hello everyone,
    I spotted this beer yesterday and, having heard great things about it from you folks on Late Night Beer Advocate, I decided to give it a try.

    Well, let it be said that the LNBA regulars DO NOT let you down. What a freaking revelation this beer was! It may be the best non-imperial IPA I've ever had. This thing has a finish that drags on like a Superbowl halftime show.

    I think it must've been infected or something, because it was bitter and sour and just not good at all. Couldn't find any hints of bourbon that many have spoken of.
