Best coffee vanilla imperial

Prairie Vanilla Noir is an amazing beer - there's no coffee in it, though.

Ballast Point's Victory at Sea is absolutely fantastic! Glad they distribute in Iowa now.

 

Another vote for BP Victory at Sea from me too. Avery's Vanilla Bean Stout was good too, but hard to find.

 

Victory at Sea has been the only porter that I was able to finish!!!

 

While technically classified as a Black Ale, I think "Bent Paddle Barrel-Aged Double Shot Double Black" is exactly what you are looking for. LOADS of coffee and vanilla flavor in that beer.

But let's be honest, it's had to beat VAS flavor, price, and availability

 

Victory at Sea is pretty awesome from Ballast Point- very drinkable for a big beer and lots of coffee and vanilla.

If you like big stouts with flavors like cofffee and vanilla- Mikkeller versions of Beer geek breakfast are awesome- Vanilla Shake and and various versions are all incredible if you can find them.

Speedway stout from Alesmith is also great- not aware of a vanilla version but the coffee versions are great.

 

Victory at Sea......comes in at around $52 a case. Great fresh and with some age.

Bent Paddle's Barrel Aged Double Shot Double Black is the best vanilla + coffee beer that I have had in a while. It might be worth trying to trade for a bottle.

Also, as others have said, Victory at Sea is good and fairly accessible.

Been wanting to try Victory at Sea, Breckenridge was pretty good.

 

Victory at sea is the best coffee porter ive ever had...Trillium Night and Day is the best coffee stout ive ever had. Had muerte by backlash this weekend which has coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, and peppers and it was delicious. I haven't had it in a while but I remember that mean old tom from MBC, once it warmed to room temperature exploded with vanilla.

 

Fifty Fifty's Eclipse Vanilla Imperial Stout is great. Victory at sea comes to mind as well.
