Absolutely Firestone Walker! All of their barrel aged selection is fantastic (with Stickee Monkee being my favorite beer of all time) and the rest of their offerings are very drinkable while being complex and filled with flavor at the same time.

If i had every beer in distro it'd be Narragansett. I don't get their porter. And its limited supply while here. If Butternuts was still here I'd pick them. A pale, an ipa, a hefe and a stout. I think it's all they make and its cool with me.

I can't choose. Id pick Victory but im not completely happy with it. I dont get the helles and i dont think they do a stout or porter. Same issue for Sixpoint although my favorite brewery, id need at least a seasonal normal stout.

At the moment it's Omnipollo. I love AleSmith too. But I suspect if I had the chance to try more beers from Maine Beer, it could be them. Unfortunately they're impossible to find in Europe.

Such a hard call to make, but gun to the head I'd have to say New Glarus or Brooklyn. When they're on-point, there's nothing better out there, and even when their slightly off, they're outstanding.

    NG:
    Moon Man
    Two Women
    Dancing Man Wheat
    Fat Squirrel
    Raspberry Tart
    Wisconsin Belgian Red
    Milk Stout
    Oud Bruin
    Enigma
    Spiced Ale

    Brooklyn:
    Sorachi Ace
    Black Chocolate Stout
    Brooklyn Dark Lager
    Brooklyn Brown

Sierra Nevada , they seem to be able to brew a top shelf beer in every style they choose to.

Sixpoint? Boulevard? Excellent offerings in a variety of styles from both, and they're affordable and widely available. Honestly, I could live with either one.

Hmmm, Sierra Nevada probably should win for me since they have such a winning portfolio. I'll have to pick Founder's for me personally. While I haven't had the labeled KBS or CBS yet, I think their imperial stout is just marvelous. They also produce a hearty, quality stout all year so I can get my stout fix in the summer when everyone else has moved to hops and citrus.

The brewery where people will stand in line for beers they may have never had before but know they will be world class...Tree House.

If "choose only one" translates to "only one brewery you could ever drink from ever again" than Stone would be it. They do every style that I enjoy well enough to keep me not only happy, but intrigued to try the next.

I'll say Hill Farmstead, all styles, all good. Trillium is a close second for me.
Firestone W, Sierra Nevada, Founders disserve a shout out too though, and if the question included distribution, one of those would be my choice. Founders.

Russian River. Lived in Socal for 17 years all the way up until May of last year, so I had plenty of access to their beers, even thought the last couple years there, there beers were getting harder and harder to find. Now I will have to trade for them. I'm thinking about starting some trading and they are a big reason. Granted, I never made it to their brewpub, and so have ever only had what is available in bottles. Every one of those are stellar beers imo. In other words, never came close to being even slightly disappointed. Maybe one of their tap only beers would have changed my mind? A less than stellar (to me) one?
