If you do whats whats your best batch so far? I just bottled my first batches of a red ale and pale ale.

I have been brewing for two years. My best brew so far has been my Double IPA and my Milk Stout. Both were fantastic and I had people asking for more. Never ended up making either again but I plan to in the future.

Just started as well. Bottled my first batch (Imperial IPA) last night.

I've been brewing a long time now, so no particular batch per se, but the styles I have down the best are Porter and English Pale Ale.

I've been brewing for a little over six months and I like the beers I'm producing. My friends are a little less critical and like them a lot more than I do. I have a lot of room for improvement but I go for my beers more often than pulling out one from the fridge that I purchased.

This is like asking if anyone tosses midgets in a midget tossing forum.

I hear you can get it from bread crumbs.

Hey all, let's cut the noob a little slack. This thread was started in another part of the site not realizing there was a HB subforum. It was then moved here. The title was posted to the broad BA community, not the home brewers in this forum.

I made a stout on a whim last year that was my best beer to date. My 8%+ abv Belgians tend to be pretty good. The recipes are simple and the yeast strains are pretty tolerant of high temperatures.

I make a lot of very good beers. It seems that sometimes the best one is the one that I am presently drinking. I do not think I could pick a favorite. Take care.

My latest apa with Columbus Nelson and mosaic was pretty rediculous. The yeast experiment made me realize that hop flavor and aroma binds with the yeast in suspension. Next time I dry hop a 1056 or San Diego super I'll wait 3 weeks first so it doesn't ditch my dry hops

The flavor won't suffer and the aroma will stay in the beer. Dry hopping clear beer produces the best results for me.

Best batches have all been porters/stouts except for one of my first batches red ipa with key lime leaf. I dumped grains in the wort while chilling. Completely unintentionally souring the beer. Came out fantastic. At least the first batch that was put in the fridge. The rest was way over carbed and strange
