    At Blackbird in Spokane , drinking a Lupular Fallout from Paradise Creek and eating bacon fat popcorn (!). It's a black IPA that blurs the lines with an imperial stout and it's delicious. Before that I had Mount Saint Humulus, a great 3IPA from Bale Breaker, that is worth seeking out.

    Visiting this offering from Sierra Nevada. Lovely sour tinge in this one. Sierra Nevada is quickly becoming one of my favorites, having just started trying their stuff recently (again, I was so focused on stouts, that I wouldn't pick up anything else). Just plain ol' good.

    Its clean. All our glasses are hand washed. Zoom in and you will see that its the carbonation. Clean your eyeballs.
