    So Total Wine had run a promo for Cigar City beer for a few weeks. Even though the promo was over, they still had a few cases left. So I asked BA members if I should stock up on it while it was still available. A wise BA member said if it is the Maduro, by all means do so. I should go back and thank that BA member who gave me that good advice. The beer is just as delicious as it was four weeks ago. Probably my favorite brown ale.

    Believe it or not, Stone products have only been available in Ontario since last summer. I'm having a great time exploring their line-up, including my first bottle of Double Bastard. Very solid stuff - cheers!

    One of the few beers that can follow Julius and still be ridiculous...I tip my hat to Trillium, those guys are Hop Wizards on another level...and their APAs are some of the best IPAs around.
