@405beerguy has been banned. We will do our best to monitor, so he doesn't come back and create another account and screw more people over. Sorry OP, from a moderation stand point, there's nothing else we can do to help your cause besides send you a White Chocolate. Unfortunately I don't have one in my cellar to make this right.

If it was a 15 White Chocolate, the bonus is it is available for purchase at The Bruery right now, so no need to dip in anyone's cellar. If anyone is out in Cali that can pick it up, maybe we can start a collection to pay for it and get it shipped.

@Todd maybe we need to strengthen our systems/checks for things like this.

The guy is a habitual thief.

Thanks to everyone for being so nice. @dphalpin is actually going to send me a White Chocolate for free. He won't even let me send him some thank you beers. (I'll figure out his address somehow) What an amazing gesture. I really appreciate it. I may have just shed a happy tear..

His untappd says he is an employee of Stone Brewing Co.

This feels like deja vu all over again. Seem to recall the last round of bad trader threads on this guy this came up.

It rings some bells - he worked for the distributor or as a sales rep? I can't find the old thread though.

These are different guys. HelloImTravis's "crime" was establishing a Night Shift trustee and paying for a Night Shift allotment (already bad judgment as far as I'm concerned, haha) and leaving it with the trustee for over a year. Insane and hard to explain, but not the worst offense if you ask me. At least that's how I understood that issue, which, by the way, seems to still be unresolved.

Travis's IG did indicate that he was a Stone employee though.

Sergio H. , on the other hand is a repeat offender that leaves people hanging for months at a time and leaves them out beer. If he is doing all of this, creating second accounts, and is a Stone employee, I hope he's searching for a new job (and industry) within the week.

This is the kind of thing that can cause people to lose employment. It seems like we see this type of excuses over and over again from bad traders and it really makes it hard to believe them at all.

Once again someone steps up to make it right out of the goodness in their heart. Karma is real.

All due respect, his initial "crime" was disappearing from an agreed upon trade after receiving and drinking his SARA bottles, before getting called out here because he "straight up forgot" to ship his side of the trade. He also couldn't respond to texts because "his phone died", even though he somehow was checking in those delicious beers that were quickly sent to him on Instagram and Untappd (he must've been carrying his laptop around with him ).

Oh, and all of this after the OP had contacted his last 5 traders, where "3 of them told him that he went MIA for a 1-2 months after they shipped him their bottles. 2 of them did not receive their bottles until they left him negative feedback/called them out in the forums."

May not be the same guy, but a repeat offender just like Sergio.

If that's the case, Greg should put an "Enjoy By 2/28" date on his job.

    LOL. Well played.

Doubt there's much validity to his employment there, but he used to work at a local Whole Foods apparently. Very sad when guys willfully steal from others and get away with it... Hoping Karma results in some sort of outbreak somewhere on the guy's body.

I received a box from @dphalpin today.. not only did he replace the White Chocolate that I never received but he also threw in another gem that I'm dying to try! I can't thank you enough Dennis. I don't even know what to say. "Above and beyond' doesn't even begin to describe your generosity. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
