Your Summer vacation beer plans?

Road trip through the Tetons, Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore. I'm sure I'll find some beer along the way.

 

Going to San Fran for the beer camp festivities, followed by Bend for the annual beer week up there and may end in San Diego visiting family. Plus I travel a ton for work so what ever I find during my travels. Life is rough right now.

Edit: Might go back to Texas to see friends and watch the alma mater play a football game. This may be more fall time but in Far Nor Cal we get 100 degree temps into late September

 

Nothing major. Start my first real job in late June, so nothing after that. Still toying around with what I want to do between mid-May and the end of June. In the mean time, I'm thinking about visiting St. Pat's in Rolla and then heading to St. Louis and staying with a friend. Figured we could hit Perennial and Side Project from his house. His parents also load up their second fridge with tasty brews, and they have a pool, so it wouldn't be a bad place to stay. Maybe hit up 2nd Shift on the way home.

 

Hit trillium on Friday for a case of 25's.....have oysters and a beer at R34....repeat.

 

Good luck on that drive over the mountains during March.

 

Turing 30 in July. The whole week before my bday im going solo to Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts hitting all the big breweries hopefully come home with an awesome haul and enjoy turning 30th with close friends and family with the best beers.

 

I have been chatting with a couple friends about doing a weekend trip up to Grand Rapids..Or, if committing to a full weekend, honestly maybe we all just chip in and uber down from the western suburbs and hit up Flossmoor, One Trick Pony, Three Floyds. Not really a "vacation" but better than just sitting at a local bar for 4 hours.

If I can get my ass in shape and run Bix again, I've always wanted run the race and head up to Toppling Goliath, which would be the same weekend as the Nordic Fest in Decorah IA..it's just another 3 hrs north of the QC..

 

Following the SF Giants to Fenway and Yankee Stadium in July with a mix of Trillium, HF, Prohibition Pig, Three Penny Taproom, Trillium, Tree House and Other Half thrown in there. Open for suggestions/advice in case I missed anything! So excited!

 

Going to Russian River, Lagunitas as well as a tour of Napa / Sonoma wine country. Anyone have any recommendations for places in SF outside of Anchor?

No vacation but i plan on drinking a metric shitload of Hell or High Watermelon and the Stone Blonde coming out. Tons of BBQs and bonfires. Etc...

My buddy just got a place to live in south east Alabama so maybe I'll head down there at some point. I have no clue about beer in Alabama, Florida panhandle area. Im sure when the time comes this site will help.

 

Spending every afternoon in my backyard with a beer in hand.

 

I'm moving near the home of Firestone Walker, so a weekend trip to Chico, and another to San Francisco are on my itinerary. Also, beginning to purchase homebrew supplies and enjoying fresh hefes, lagers, and IPAs for 2016 and 2017.

 

Going up to Atlanta, checking out Creature Comforts and Terrapin

 

Heading out to San Diego for a few days then off to Oahu for my honeymoon. Looking forward to catching up with regular trading partners.

 

I don't know for certain if it'll happen or not, but the plan right is now is to be at Tree House on March 31st.

 

Leaving the brutal Shanghai summer and going back to Michigan for 5 weeks and just bathing myself in beer. I might even take a break to see some family too.

 

Yeah, they do. I've been there, NEBCO, and the Branford 3. Just haven't hit OEC, Kent, Beer'd yet. My family still all lives down there, so I should get a chance to hit many of them this summer.

 

Someone can help you out I'm sure, I forget the name of the place in Aruba that gets in Westy 12. Could try to swing by there.
