    New monthly Carton thread.

To help find their beer, outside their brewery (they have their own tap room, where you can buy, drink, and fill growlers), use the following link:

    http://cartonbrewing.com/find-our-beer/

    More info from their website

    http://cartonbrewing.com/

Post away and yes, Augie (Carton) monitors this thread and will respond to your questions and comments. Especially if you tag him.

Pre-sealed growlers of Stormy were still at Carton last Thursday, 2 PP limit.

I spent a lot of money at Carton last Thursday...

My assumption is that their barrier collab will be releasing soon. But then again, every time I assume something is coming out at Carton I'm wrong 9 times out of 10

Is there any way to know when Carton sends out cans to retailers? I'm in South Jersey occasionally and it would be great to know if there's a chance I could pick up a few packs of cans.

It's different every time. Depends what day of the week we can and when the truck will next be in the area after that. We use a mobile canning line so even the scheduled day for canning can change from the plan. The rule of thumb at this point is when you see the full fridge image on our FB page for tasting room availability all the places that get cans will in the following couple days.

Thanks a lot Augie. Sounds like a plan. I'll keep an eye out for the full fridge.

Do cans usually last into the week at the brewery, or do they go on weekends? I have the next 2 days off and was thinking of finally taking a trip up from Philly.

Theres been a pretty constant supply of cans at the brewery for a bit now. Higher limits than usual lately too. I would assume youd be pretty good getting cans within the next two days.

Any idea when the next in the Freud's IPA series is coming out? IDIPA was one of the best IPAs I had in 2015.

Quiet weekend on the Carton thread. I guess no new beers and a diminishing supply of 077XX explains the lack of chatter.
I have a feeling this is the calm before a storm?

Anyone open up a Cafe y Churro recently? I had one the other day and I just had another one, and neither tasted as great as I remember the one I had when it first came out being. Is it possible that it could drop off that quickly or is this a case of the first impression blowing me away to the point where subsequent indulgences can never meet expectations?

Just shared one, along with the other two coffee versions, on Saturday. The other two guys were blown away and I enjoyed it as much as I have before.

A lot of this...in cans. 07750 was amazing! I would be ok with only drinking these if they were available every 2-4 weeks.

Let's not forget about SS CREAM.

I've had one of all 3 variants within the past few days and haven't noticed anything distinct FWIW.

Really looking forward to the SScream. I also saw this label out there -

Would think this would be released soon before the weather warms up. Maybe along with the cream.

Good to hear, I guess it was just me then. I'll open another one within a week or so and see what the deal is.
