Hopefully cleaning up the best of the standard styles. Perfectly executing the basics.

    Dry-Hopped Sours
    Coffee Golden Stouts/Coffee Cream Ales

    I'm A-OK with both.

There's already something similar: Zwickl. Kinda rare over here, but it's all over the place in Bavaria. But the dry-hopping would definitely be a new twist.

You don't have to wait- dry hopped Zwickel is already a thing in germany, see this one for instance by Eichbaum: Exotic Zwickel, unfiltered Kellerbier dry hopped with Mosaic.

Don't underestimate what is happening in germany right now. Dry hopped Helles is also becoming a "thing".

The irony is that this sounds like the most Canadian beer ever made, eh?

We Americans always seemed to be all about Asian fusion when it comes to food. This is bound to be applied to beer. And, since we generally go entirely overboard when we do this: Fish Sauce IPA.

You really need to like the tea to enjoy that beer I've found.
