Probably my #1. Traditional Bock isn't far behind. There just aren't many quality versions of either these days.

Have you gotten out to Crime and Punishment in Philly yet, Jack? One of their staples is a 4.7% Grodziskie named The Grod Inquisitor.

I had this beer at a Yards event (Smoked beer event I think?). I did not like that particular beer; I actually dumped it. My recollection was that they had just recently opened (a few months prior). Maybe that beer is better now?

I am fairly familiar with what a 'good' Grodzikie beer should taste like since I have homebrewed my own beer and I received positive feedback from Stan Hieronymus when he drank my beer.

If you are interested in the Grodziskie beer style you might enjoy watching the below video discussion.

    Cheers!

Yes on English Mild and ESB's. Never have been a hop head and when i go to a brewery and see half there beers are IPAs it gets frustrating. Fortunately they typically have a stout but oft times they are too strong.

I'd really enjoy some more Alt style beers in the US.

Id like to see more english styles like others have said. Scotch ales and barleywines that aren't super hoppy would be cool too.

I'll second Schwartzbier. Used to be hard to find Berliner Weisse, until it became trendy for a while before being bumped by Gose.

The very easy answer for me is California Common. It's my favorite style and I only know of one commercial brewer-- Anchor. I drink most of it in homebrew though.
