My target's state borders at least three states.

My target's beers will include 2 Top 250 beers (look now before they get bumped off the list!) that @beertunes drank last BIF.

 

I checked you off as a no, I don't have likes in the 10k's

 

One thing I can guarantee you. When this BIF 3 is over you'll get some Proclamation. No worries.

Among the Locals and SWTFYW groups I actually suggested what I called a "hard mode" BIF where ALL the target pairings were in-state or neighboring states.

So hints 2 and 3 that I previously posted are inaccurate, because, well, apparently I can't read. So here are replacement hints along with the two correct hints I already posted.

Hint 1: My targets state does not hold a primary or caucus in February.
NEW Hint 2: My targets state quarter was released after the Y2K scare.
NEW Hint 3: A guest speaker at my college graduation was from a city within 50 miles of my target.
Hint 4: My target's state does not have a beer in the top 10 on BA.
