2014 Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Cherry Stout

 

I really enjoyed this one also, especially fresh. Think it might be subject to some quick aging - the 2nd collab twelve pack I got I wasn't as enthralled, but still good. The cream ale "got better", or at least I enjoyed it more. The Risen was easily my favorite, though.

All that said, I'd love it if DB did something like this... or more to the point, exactly this... again.

 

I'm on Board- see my earlier post. I wasn't crazy about last years either but this to me was just an atrocious beer. overly artificial citrus. not good.

 

Good evening, all! Pretty nice weather here in the Cedar Valley: upper 40's, calm, and sunny, perfect for a long walk with the dog followed by "A Fractional IPA" (sic). Is it proper to drink Lagunitas Day Time during the fading light of dusk? I'll take my chances, thank you very much!

Having one of my favorites while watching the Bs and Canes. Hate watching when the Bruins play the Canes because my NHL TV is blacked out and I have to listen to the Canes announcers. Blech. I need to hear Jack and Brick.

Willingly picked up a large pack of Boston Brewing Company's Cabin Fever box. Honestly, just figured I'd avoid them with so much to try on the shelves, but the draw of trying five different beers won me over. This is the first of the bunch.

Crescent City Brewing Imperial Pilsner and Red Stallion... these 16oz NOLA pours are killin' me...
