A local brewery and meadery collaborated on dark braggot that I thought was very nice. A little sweet, but hopefully will mellow with some age.

Sad part about all of my guessing is that it could be either me, or @Prager62 ...

 

Transient is killing to, so far only have tried Blackberry Maigre and Neckbread Nectar. Both were great beers I would love to have again!

 

Neckbeard Nectar is amazing. Blackberry Maigre got me hooked on their sour program and made me get on their reserve society wait list. Apricot Ardent justified my decision to join....

 

I think I am down to 10 possibilities, only 4 of which do I have as decent possibilities, and my new most likely is still in play (I think that's by definition, but it's late and it sounds good enough).

 

I was in Indianapolis in November and the meadery there (New Day?) completely sold me on meads. Before then I wasn't too impressed with meads.

 

New day makes some really good Meads. Not the meadery I'm talking about though...I'm a little further north.

In other news...I just got back from seeing the band in my avatar (one of my favorite bands of all time), and they covered a song from the Replacements, Bastards of Young, which happens to be my favorite song of all time. I completely lost my shit and I have no voice right now...oh yea, I was drinking the whole time. That is all, carry on. This ties in to one of my hints somehow.

Well, I can check you off of my list with #6. What if the things I don't trade for are really good! Who's gonna help me with that?
