OK, OK, I'll start it.

Good morning BA, have a great Sunday! Just up doing some laundry and things.

A great classic tasting Gose. Flavors of lightly tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, pear, green apple, orange peel, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light fruit tartness, citrus peel bitterness, and earthy spice on the finish; very smooth and crisp; with light wheat creaminess and balanced acidity/salinity in the mouthfeel. Light-medium dryness. Medium carb/light-medium bodied. A really spot on example of the style. Not as acidic as most of the other American made Gose; but still had a solid amount, similar to the German one's I've had. Extremely refreshing!

Delicious Irish red as always, last of the 6 pack. Big flavors of caramel, brown sugar, toffee, toasted biscuit, and light nutty malts; with some light plum/apple yeast and herbal/peppery hops. Light balanced earthy bitterness; smooth finish with a medium bodied creamy/bready mouthfeel and slight touch of hop stickiness. A spot on and very flavorful example of the style. Very nice, robust, and well rounded malt complexity; with restrained but noticeable hop/yeast character. Very easy drinking, I always buy a pack every year. I wish more Irish Reds were available, I've only reviewed 15.

Excellent IPA. Flavors of bright grapefruit, tangerine, apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, light pepper, and pine hops; with some light honey/bready maltiness and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Good sized pine/rind/grassy bitterness; with a nice sticky/resinous mouthfeel with a moderately crisp/dry finish. Bright and dank hops with a supportive pale malt backbone. Been grabbing singles of this fairly regularly; hoping to see some fresher ones soon. Still only finding cans dated in October around.

So insanely awesome, I had to buy another bottle. Hops are starting to fall back now since my original review. Light-moderate hop flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, mango, lemon/orange zest, and light pine; with balanced sweetness of chocolate, cocoa, caramel, vanilla, toffee, maple, toasted oak, bourbon, coconut, and slight smokiness. Balanced pine and roasted bittersweet finish with light bourbon/oak spice; with an amazing creamy/silky medium-full bodied finish. Very smooth sipper, pleasantly warming finish; with zero booziness. Absolutely incredible stuff across the board, highly complex. Still getting some nice hop character; but I absolutely love the malt and barrel flavors that are starting to dominate. It was a more balanced originally. I thought they nailed the idea for this beer perfectly. I am definitely going to get at least one(or two) more.

The first day of daylight savings time. My body says it's 6:45, but the clock says 7:45.
    One less hour of yardwork.
This is to get me started on the aforementioned yardwork.

Starting my laundry with a Yeti Espresso stout. Such a beautiful beer. Loving the bitter finish.

Cheers everyone and enjoy your Sunday.

I absolutely love this beer. I grabbed something different to start the day, just to throw a change-up; I shouldn't have. This is worlds better.

Good Morning BA, and Happy Daylight Savings!

The dog had me up a bit earlier than I would have liked this morning. Time for some 'coffee'.
    Have a wonderful Sunday.

Good morning Advocates. The Baby slept-in this morning, so did I. . .late start but assured a strong finish when it is still light out my door at 7:30 this evening. Planning a new batch, scouring my "bible" to decide on what to brew next. . .

Good morning, BA's! I haven't posted in a few days so I need to catch up a bit! It's just another day here in paradise...

Speaking of paradise, a few days ago, the world lost another musical legend. Growing up, my father raised me listening to some of the greats. Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Frank Zappa, Steve Vai (the list can go on), and of course, Emerson, Lake, & Palmer. As a keyboardist, Keith was my fathers' role model (Palmer was mine). I will never forget the day I got to meet them at the Count Basie Theater. Palmer and Emerson were truly awesome people. I was little (maybe 6 or 7), but I was freaking out over meeting these guys. I mean, they're legends! These guys were genuine, and they were extremely friendly and fun to hang out with.

I know Keith Emerson is up there in paradise still playing his Moog. Killing it, as always. Another legend, gone. Rest in peace, Keith, you will truly be missed.

If you have the time, and you've never heard this song, sit back, drink a beer, close your eyes, and immerse yourself into a life on the high seas while listening to what I believe to be one of the greatest songs ever written. Cheers BA's!
