Perhaps, but if your wants are accurate, I could definitely get you some Lost Nation Gose.

I was down to 6 options, so was getting pretty close anyways! I do have plenty of FLA goodness in my wants, just added a few more to be safe.

Final Hint: All my other hints have already given it away...

Hint #1. It is currently mostly cloudy at my Target's location.
Hint #2. My target probably has player on a team they root for that may have played for a team I root for.
Hint #3 My target's area has seen it snow at least once since the year 2000.
    Hint #4 Alan Reed.
Hint #5 My target is over 1,000 miles from me and summer solstice will occur around 3:30 PM their local time.
    Hint #6
Hint #7 I am making some asparagus for dinner and apparently my target has a state asparagus commission.

For some time now, I've been about 99% sure this is me. I won't go into all the hints, but the one that made me hesitant was the mileage one. Yes it's over 1,000 miles from me to you, but I think there's still some room in there for at least one other person that I know of in this.
Ironically, upon investigation, the one that now produces the biggest red flag is the one about the solstice. According to the info I have, it will be at 2:34 PM where I live, and would count me out, as I don't live in the Mountain time zone. This is close enough to be within the margin of error for someone in another part of the country, however, so...

Dammit, @Rio, are you my sender or not?!
    :astonished:
On a perhaps related note, it's time for me to have a beer!

Nice! Never had beer from anywhere southern except for Abita to satisfy the inner ticker, plus I hear good things about this Cigar City others seem to regularly refer to.

I still need to read that. I've seen bits of the movie, enough to get the general gist. Couldn't remember the name of the character, though that's a moot point.
Any A-6's (EA-6's actually) still flying overhead in your neck of the woods, or are they all gone now? I think it's been nearly a year since I've seen one shooting approaches at Fairchild (for those that object to not being enough beer in this post, I'd like to point out the Prowler's successor is known as the Growler:stuck_out_tongue:).

Just saying around here porch theft is at an all-time high right now and I work weird hours, so no ambiguity about tracking numbers, etc, pleez!

Spoiler hint # whatever part-b to the power of ?:
My package will almost certainly not ship before the 21st, and possibly later, as I'm going out of town next weekend and plan to look for some options not available in my home city, so you've plenty of time to decipher hints (which is good, cuz I gots me a few more, some quite obvious that I've been holding on to).

Incidentally, my first beer of today's NBS won't be in your box, but something from the same brewery will be.

The new F-35's based in VT fly over me often, quite noisy.

Hmm. My source says otherwise, but yours obviously jibes with your hint. Okay I give up. I've been hesitant to go for it because the earlier hints were so vague, and there's two other WA guys in here. Hint # 4 in particular has gotta be for me, unless @kemoarps is named Allen or Reed!

Let the word go forth! @Ri0's my sender.

Incidentally, @beertunes have you had some sort of Total Recall-esque memory wipe, or are you bursting at the seams, wanting to say who your sender is?

The movie, as is often the case, takes significant liberties with the plot. Best to approach them as different entities. I'm a big fan of the book, read it about once a year, and have followed Jake Grafton's career onward. Nope, No A-6 variants flying in the US inventory, as you mentioned the EA-6 has been replaced by a F/A-18 variant, The Growler.

So, in actuality, replying to your post has served to shed more light on one of hints for my target.

My boss is a former Navy guy who worked on carriers a lot, he told me the A-6 is (or rather was) the loudest plane in the US inventory. I know the new EAF-18s I've been seeing lately are whisper jets by comparison. It's frankly amazing how loud the Intruders/Prowlers can be for a subsonic aircraft.

Unless there is some trickery, I don't need anymore light shed! I don't think the other NH guys live in Grafton county.

Well, on a hints thread, you didn't have to just tell me! You could have, I don't know, hinted it!
