I'm only about 21 pages behind, so I've made the executive decision to make this a "surprise" BIF.

I picked up a couple of Michigan bottles today for my target. A couple more items on the list and this should be wrapped up in a few days. Meanwhile another hint.....

A player from a team in my targets state threw a tobacco can at me because I heckled him so bad. I was a bum back in those days!

 

188 oz of liquid awesomeness wrapped, stacked, and packed. I am hoping to get the package shipped out today. My first son was just born and I don't want to lose track of time and leave this beauty until the last minute. Plus, there is some hoppy goodness that needs to be enjoyed.

I just dropped off your box of Ohio at UPS. For it to get there by the end of this week it was going to be over $100. So, $58 and Monday it is. I have always shipped to your part of the country on Mon with Fri delivery, so I packaged a howler with that in mind. Hope it isn't a total loss. Was kind of past the point of no return though.

 

A beer going in my box just won the National IPA challenge for the second year in a row. It seems @2beerdogs had it but wasn't blown away. My target we'll have to give his assessment.

 

Monster hint forthcoming....the band associated with my username and avatar is not playing in my target's state on the current ongoing tour....they last played in that state all the way back in 2009.

You've been the leader in the clubhouse for me for a while, simply because you've given many hints and none of them seem to rule me out (I probably missed something obvious). The only problem is there are people who haven't given many clues I could decipher and I can't count them out. Volume of clues that might meet is far from having solid clues that do.

Anyhow, I think I am down to 5 or 6, barring the lies that may be out there. @ONovoMexicano - can you recap your hints?

As for me:
If you live in a state where I have traded in the past, this is a New-themed beer trading-like event, no repeats!!
