    K Is For Kriek - Brooklyn
    The 2015 Q1 release from the Brooklyn Quarterly Experiment (BQE). Really interesting beer... the base is a Belgian Strong Dark Ale (Brooklyn's Local 2), but it was fermented with tart dried cherries and aged in barrels of charred American bourbon oak, while Brettanomyces yeasts were added during the final fermentation. The result is fruity, tart, and sour with tons of oak and bourbon, so essentially it's a Bourbon Barrel Aged Sour Belgian Strong Dark Ale....:confused:.... I like it :sunglasses:

    @pattycakes8401 Nikon D810 - for beer pics, any DSLR works well since beer is a stationary subject (usually) - tripod, flash and fast primes (wide aperture) helps... Cheers!
