If you want to take a chance on BCBBW there are some bottles at the "Fancy" Walgreen's at Sunset n' Vine. In the back on the wall that isn't refrigerated.

I didn't catch a price, but with the ratio of infected to not-infected being what it is - and the window for refunds being closed - it's probably not worth buying at any price.

 

A beer being unfiltered doesn't automatically mean hazy appearance. For instance, Kern Citra DIPA is unfiltered but it's a beautiful clear beer. What you're talking about is the addition of something like flaked wheat to the grist to give the beer more body, but also has high hazing potential. I don't mind haziness. In fact, Alpine Nelson was more hazy than clear at the pub and it was still my favorite beer from them.

 

Really excited to try hi res, bought it from vendom fullerton and it tasted terrible. I've never drain poured a beer but was very close to with this one. Tasted like a malt liquor. All i could think of was something was off and this wasn't how it's supposed to taste. Had a best by date of August. Anyone is socal buy this recently and have the same problem?

 

I got one as an extra in a trade and had the exact same reaction.

 

Whoa... August of what year..? Either way... something horribly wrong seems to be going on there...

why should they do that? you commented earlier that "people forget that appearance is part of making a quality product". You're merely stating an opinion, which you have every right to state, but you try to put it across as a fact which is far from the truth. Example, I think Toyotas are ugly looking cars, does that mean they are of sub par quality?

If you dont like them thats fine, but do you really have to mention it every chance you get? You are like a broken record, we get it already you dont like anything.
