So, how's the line right now?

 

I'm in line right now. It starts at the side alley door, heads to the back lot for about 25 ppl then curls around the length of the alley to tbe street. Don't ask me why. About 100-125 ppl.

 

Damn that line is intense

 

A bit of a spat is brewing on that Bottle Logic Facebook page ... Some dude called out BL for the non-online release, others defending BL saying that lining up is fun, yet others siding with call out dude.

Only BL reply so far was directed to some poster, telling him to move the line so it doesn't impede traffic (or whatever) ... BL can't do it themselves cuz they won't be there for another hour (not the kind of request I'd be posting on social media if I was Bottle Logic, LOL).

 

I'm assuming that KC guy works for BL in some capacity.

BL does some great things with their BA stouts, but screw waiting line for at least 4 hours to buy an unknown. I am interested in knowing how they are going to prohibit people from dropping off bottles and then getting back in line since they aren't doing tickets/stamps at this release.

I also call BS on the comment that everyone is enjoying standing in line together...

 

It's too hard to sell beer online, every other brewery in SoCal that manages to do it is just lucky.

 

How is it looking, I assume crazy amounts of people?

Just saw some guys bought bottles then cut in line to buy more - scumbags are overrunning the beer scene.

 

Since it's opened on draft, not a single 5 star yet on Untapped. I was hoping it would be receiving rave reviews and only then would I brave that mess but nah, I'mma chill.

 

The line is moving brutally slow at the moment. Could be wrong but word is that they have two people handling all bottle sales as well as merch at the same time. Credit card sales also apparently causing some delays. Haven't seen a single employee of Bottle Logic anywhere near the line since I've been here at 12

 

It is the same douchbags everytime.
LA and OC releases are getting pretty bad with this.

Thanks for your help. I appreciate you taking the time to comment. Read though the thread and please screen shot any post that talks about the length of the line at the time I posted my comment.

 

The line is as long as it was when they opened. We've moved about a third of the block if that in the first hour. The line for all intents and purposes is basically not moving

when in doubt, scour Instagram for info.

 

Just had two pours of ground state. It's pretty damn good. Bottles will likely be even better which was the case with fundamental and darkstar. It reminds me of a cross between darkstar November and tovarish.

It would be a mistake to skip this release
