    I agree with this sentiment as well. All forms of Ephemere to have passed my lips have been underwhelming.

    Ephemire du pomme isn't all that bad... I hate fruit beers that taste like jolly ranchers, but the apple their tasted fresh.

    How is it? It looks a lot darker than I am used to seeing from a Gose. Plus Uinta can be hit or miss.
