Ok. Finally got my boxes all packed up and ready to go.

464 oz of beers from at least 1 time zone! We'll know exactly how many in a few days.

 

My target should have a special delivery today...

 

I am a bit of a dork but we had a blizzard yesterday, a bunch of crusty snow and ice all over the driveway. So as I was warming up the truck I carefully shoveled and scraped the ice and snow so that if UPS or FedEx driver shows up today, they will have a clear path to my front door. And I didn't shovel anywhere else.

My UPS tracking alerts are eerily silent so either I am getting a box next week, or it's coming FedEx.

I also figured out my sender, but then I went back and 2 of my clues don't line up anymore, so it's possible my logic table got screwed up somewhere and I have no clue what's going on.

 

I had been clinging to hope that I would be able to secure a bottle of beer for my target from my allotment of a recent multi-beer release, but alas I will not be able to pick it up at the release party this Saturday. The drawbacks of having a mule; you operate on their time. There was a glimmer of hope that I would also be able to get a crowler of a variant from a local brewery when the owner tweeted it would be hitting distro this week... only to later tweet that he lied, and it was happening NEXT week. However, I will be shipping Monday. This means that perhaps Sunday will be "next week's" release of the latter beer. Fingers crossed...

Hint: My target does not have many wants. And wants he did have that I acquired he subsequently removed. He will still be getting 2 wants though.

 

I just got word that a box arrived at the office and it happens to be the day I had to be home to take delivery of some new appliances. No worries as I will be driving to the office later today to get those boxes. Now hurry up and be 5:00pm already.

 

Someone in Charlottesville had 2 packages land on their front porch at 1:15pm. today.

had a co-worker snap a pic of the label and I realized that @bevoduz is my sender and there were 2 boxes, not the 1 originally communicated to me. The 2nd box is bigger than the 1st one as well.

 

It would be funny if there was a smiling beaver on the box. Kind of like the bat signal, but not really.

 

Make that 3 shipments !! 40 lbs that will be opened on my break very soon .
