Thanks for saving me the typing. I love Two Women but it's no pilsner.

Other for me. There is a local (New England Brewing Company Elm City Pils) that is delicious. I sent a few cans to @herrburgess (I miss him) a year ago and he was impressed. It's on hiatus now but should return late Spring. Trumps any local attempts (including Sixpoint, which is a decent replacement).

Oh wow, he did? I've never tried it, I'll have to try a few cans. Never heard much about it.

Just had Live Oak's Pilz, and for me second only to HF Mary. I liked both a bit more than Braumeister, but still need to try Prima and Pivo.

I'd love to have a Sunshine Pils about now, how much longer to wait?

Me too. We're fortunate here in PA to have so many fine pilsners to choose from. Sunshine Pils is one of my go-to summer beers. I look forward to it every year about this time.

I'm from Pa, and your right your awash with great Pils. Trauger is a favorite, Sly Fox is terrific etc.

I haven't had Trauger, I'll have to give that one a try. You mentioned Sly Fox (Pikeland Pils) which is outstanding. Stoudts Pils is also fantastic.

I'll second that Trauger Pils, definitely go for it. Up there with the rest, and on a good day could even take on Sunshine Pils.

Indeed! The Rolling Stones famously called those Little Yella Pills (Valium) 'Mothers Little Helper' back in 1966. And it is, by far, my favorite Pilsner, though there's a Czech Pilsner at a local brew pub that just might edge it out if I tasted them side by side.

Michael, there are times I just say to myself: why rank them?

I am happy as a clam drinking Troegs Sunshine Pils or Stoudts Pils or Neshaminy Creek Trauger Pils or Sly Fox Pikeland Pils or ...

Oh, don't forget one of your favorites: Straub Pilsner.

As a co-worker would like to say: It's all good!!

    Cheers!

Totally agree. I don't rank them, I just enjoy them all and for me they are all in the same class.
