http://jesterkingbrewery.com/introducing-18th-street-brewery-jester-king-multifarious I know what I'll be doing this weekend. Nice glassware as well.
"Who cares about the beer! How bout that glass?!" = Rollin into Franklin BBQ: "Screw the meat, how about those neon signs inside?!" Not that any of yall said anything crummy about the beer yet
Anybody think some of these collaboration beers Jester King are making are hints of future TABC approved breweries for Texas?
Loved the beer. Bought a case Friday night. Opened it up at home to find the stickiest, dirtiest bottles I've ever seen come out of the brewery. Not confident the caps are good on all of them, as it just does not make sense they would be this covered in beer and dried foam. Not wanting to deal with the Saturday madhouse, but have no choice but to bring these back for replacements.
Please message me and we'll take care of it. I'm confident this is an isolated issue. I was pulling bottles from cases all weekend and didn't run into any issues. -- Jeff
I bought one bottle and I did notice it was somewhat dirty. I don't believe it's a beer issue though, probably more of a storing issue, that unlucky bottle that ended at the bottom of the pallet or something, but presentation is always key.
Had the same thing happen to me on couple of Multis that I got over the weekend but again it was the same when I bought a case of RU55 a few weeks ago. I just washed the bottles, and cleaned them up and they are good to go.
The folks at JK are just great. Brought the case back and got a replacement. If the labels weren't stained, I would have cleaned them myself, but having a bunch of friends and family receiving these bottles in Chicago I wanted them to look perfect.
