I figured I would pull this out of the juiciest IPA thread. I contacted Cedar Creek through their website about dating their cans and go this response:

We started dating 6 packs again last week. So you should see them soon.

The old school stamps on top. That is good enough for me.

Noice! I was going to email them myself and just never got around to it. I hope CC can keep a good rotation on these.

Very nice. This has become a staple in my fridge. I find myself grabbing one every time I need my IPA fix.

Good to hear. Been wanting to re-visit this beer, but didn't trust the age of the product here in Houston.

Great news. I think this brew is great, and believe more BA's should be in search of it.

This is good stuff...Dank will scratch that itch.

Also heard that Gone-A-Rye is going from 4 to 6 pk cans as well
...would hope that those are dated as well.

Both those beers are great. I just picked up 2/25 dated (on the boxes) packs of both.

Man that's even more good news. I like the Gone-A-Rye even more than Dank.

Great news. Easily the best IPA produced locally (sorta) in DFW.

I grabbed a 6 pack with a 03/31 date on it. I have realized that I vastly prefer this out of the can versus poured in to a pint glass.

Picked some up today with a can date of 03/31. Thanks for starting this thread, I always pass this beer buy and finally got some today. I absolutely love it!

I've been keeping Dank in my fridge for the past few months...went it first came out, it was passable because it's kind of a terrible name and all of Cedar Creek's other stuff was bleh.
It feels like this brewer stumbled upon this recipe one day tinkering around and didn't know exactly what he did, but it was awesome.
And then call it a west coast ipa which I do not get. They have the wrong coast if anything.
But either way...this can scratch my ipa itch like almost any other ipa anywhere all day. Props to them.

And i've probably been drinking 6+mth old stuff and loving it!
