Mid next week, once they're waxed and ready to go.

Yup, got that email too. I love the no limit aspect of it even if I'm only getting a few extra bottles

I was a bit concerned with the 5pm shop time seeing as that's when I get out of work but it seems they are producing enough to appease the Hive/Swarm thus far.

Doesn't do much for those looking to score a favorable trade or claim walez status, but Nectar and Cross Pollination are still available online. Possible Barn Beer and Bartlett will remain available just as long. I love it, personally. It's kind of the antithesis to the Grimm/Other Half madness that unfolds in the city and truthfully, we need more of the former in today's beer world.

I can't wait to try these beers but it's looking like I won't be in NYC until late may or mid-June to taste them. The anticipation is going to be killer.

Absolutely love these pickups in NYC, what a brilliant idea for those of us without cars

I didn't detect from Emily's email whether the bottles purchased today will be available for pickup on Saturday as well or not. What's your take?

According to Emily's email, the pickup is Sunday the 3rd, not Saturday?

Thought this was worth something to get excited about: May/June time frame

    APRIL 2nd Farmers market cancelled!

Ok, ok I know . . . we haven't attended any farmers markets in 2016. Of course, we are disappointed that we were unable to make it to the last indoor Cold Spring market. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The goal is to open our farm and sell bottles directly from the brewery starting in May/June. We plan on being open 5 days a week on the farm which means we probably won't be doing any farmers markets in 2016.

We are so grateful for the markets we have done in the past! They made it possible to sell our beer before we were able to have a public space available. We will keep everyone posted on our progress and opening date on the farm in Poughkeepsie!!

Thank you for all your support, we couldn't be where we are without all of you smile emoticon

**This photo is a shot of our cool-ship in action! You can see the farm outside the barn doors. Yummy brews to come!

Just joined the Swarm recently, stoked to try more Plan Bee!

I might need to save this question until the Sunday pickup, but does anyone know how they've been fermenting the more recent wild ale releases? I recall talking to someone at the Cold Spring market last year (Evan himself I think?) who mentioned that they use their own "house strain" yeast culled from local honey. I'm guessing they might have changed this strategy and gone purely wild with the coolship and the open oak fermentors used for Bartlett?

I went to pick up my beers at the farm today and it is gorgeous. We were running really late and Emily still took the time to talk and give us a tour of the brewery. I can't wait to visit again and dig into these beers

The NYC bottle pickup today was super easy and I'm glad they changed the location last minute because the new location had Grimm Liquid Crystal.

Emily was carrying their 19-month old daughter the entire time and I felt guilty seeing them make the trip with the little one but greatly appreciated their efforts, especially for those without cars. Evan even opened up a bottle of Amour for us to try and it was amazing. I wish that was for sale. I'm looking forward to going through my new box of goodies.

Agreed, felt bad they couldn't find a sitter but the little one was very cute. @Fahmie25 described Nectar very well, its almost like a mimosa. Very soft flavors, the nectarine is really subtle in all the right ways.

Very nice of them today! I was in and out in a few minutes and enjoying a Bartlett right now.
