Not because of the band, or label art...this beer is awesome.

Live Oak – Primus Weizenbock for the win. Also great to see Funkwerks slipping in, going to try and score some of that when I am in CO this next week

That Prairie Americana beer is great too! Grabbed batch one when I lived in CA.. maybe they're sending more of that batch to TX? Or is this a second batch?

If anyone remembers coloradobobs (I don't think he still participates on this site). If you do remember the old school Late Night BA threads...well we can start this in place of his VITUS

There was a thread here last year about the most beautiful beer people had ever seen, this was it for me.

It's already here. Spec's Walnut Hill had a whole bunch of Live Oak Hefeweizen cans available.

I am glad to see Alexander getting approval in time for us to hopefully get it when everyone else does.

I just want to get in on the holy shit primus in cans sentiment... that beer is fantastic, every time I'm able to get it on draft (which is very infrequently) I find myself trying out all kinds of different canned/bottled weizenbocks and dunkels for the next couple weeks trying to fill the void. fruitless efforts

Could be, but they had a metric f**k ton of it. In all seriousness, they had a pallet of it. I counted at least 50 cases of the Hefeweizen.

I know it's too much to ask to have them can the Lichtenhainer too, but having Primus and the Berliner in cans already feels like this is a dream.

Live Oak just seems to be printing money with cans. I don't see why they would not can all of their seasonals at this point.

Didn't make the cut for this week's list, but Freetail Cherry Bexarliner got approved today. I never thought I'd like a cherry sour better than its peach counterpart, but that may be the case with this one.
