Dark Lord Day 2016

I just wanna make sure I dont run out and have something to offer all day. plan on pouring way more of bottles than drinking them myself

 

I'm bringing 9 bottles a mix of bombers, 750ml, and 12oz and its still not near 288oz.

 

With everybody getting $40 to spend on food/drafts, I can't see not having enough beer being a problem for anybody.

 

65 degrees and afternoon rain....just to keep the update going

 

what time do the space ships show up to abduct everyone? want to make sure i pick up my allotment before that happens

Oof. $20 for a shirt is reasonable, but $25 seems a bit rich for two tiny little glasses. Sigh. Of course I'll still buy them anyway.

 

wouldn't it be nice if they just did 1 mini snifter and they put it in the tote bag with your food/drink coupons as an included souvenir?

 

Would be cool, but aren't the mini snifters sold by Dark Matter and not FFF?

 

I agree. That would be nice in so many ways. For bottle sharing, 20th anniversary memory, and a nice way to say thanks for putting up with us for raising the ticket prices to $200.

 

Or ship it to you or pass them out at the gate like Huna Day.

 

The Dark Matter Coffee tent is where you buy co-branded 3F/DMC glassware and such.

 

Yeah, lets have the geniuses at eTix ship glassware.

 

They would prob smash it so it would fit in the envelope and then throw in an open tube of super glue...

 

Actually, at $200, it's a price decrease if you were going to buy your full allotment and a BA variant (if you weren't, sell or trade 'em). In addition, everyone gets a variant. I like this year's MO much better.

 

Yea we have been through this a few times now, some people just can't do the math though...

they are, yes, but it certainly doesn't have to be that way. FFF could do the glass themselves OR just make a deal with DM to make something like that happen. I can't imagine it would be difficult.

and as stated above, they are co-branded glasses, but I'm fairly sure that DM does all of the ordering and such....

 

So, are the only glasses/snifters available at the event from the DM tent, or does FFF do their own as well?
