    Good morning BAs and Good night to my fellow night owls. Im very happy to be starting one of these threads. I just got off a 10 hour overnight shift. Of all the pints of Guinness ive had, after tonight, this one may be the most beautiful. Cheers all. Have a great day and as always, enjoy those beers!

    Mythos, Greek lager. I dont remember ever having a greek beer before. Not as "poor" as rated here. Granted, lagers aren't my fave style of beer so thats saying a lot.

    And one more beer before hibernation......New Jersey represent! Many underrated breweries in NJ because of the shadows cast by Carton and Kane. Least we forget...

    Very robust and full of roasty flavors. More people must know of Spellbound. They also make one extremely bitter IPA. Cheers all. Good night.

    I grew up drinking this. Goes great with Greek food in warm weather. Nothing special but like you said not as poor as people have been rating it.

    Ah, there's no unknown beer on BA and it's appreciated. The resources and knowledge here is outstanding. I'll have Mythos over Heineken anyday. It was cheap, too.

    Let's see what the hypes about!

    First time trying a variety of Tree House. Haze is probably my favorite. Only other ones I've had were Green, Alter Ego and Julius. Straight juice bomb like the other ones I've had, but with more of a sweet honey/nectar profile. My verdict is: Green=Haze>Alter Ego>>>Julius. Going to try Bright tonight, and can't wait to check out their other offerings.

    I got a couple of bottles last week when it came out here, for $6 per, and $20.99 a six made me buy more!

    Good morning BAs! Running a late breakfast today - finishing up tonight's lecture for micro - the end of the semester draws closer! This is the third label for this beer that I know about - every time they change labels I buy it again thinking that it's a new beer. A good marketing strategy, at least when directed toward me!

    Greetings! We're trying to arrange a trip to Sweden this summer. Can you give some recommendations for Swedish brews, locals preferred? Looks like we'll be starting in Stockholm and doing some random driving adventures.

    Oh. Unfortunately you're asking the wrong Swede. Although I respect the Swedish "craft beer" scene, it's too much like your own to my liking, with an overabundance of new world hops and variations of American styles.

    I mostly drink German, and Belgian, which - for a European mind - is local enough.
