All the way across the county, I'm hearing good things about HM. I'm hoping to put together a trade for a few bottles. Does anybody have a quick list of bottles released so far? From what I can tell they've only been bottling for a year or so. Thank you for your help!

I'm sure I'll miss some, but roughly:

    Barrel #7
    Clarette
    The Seer (common)
    Misere au Borinage
    Witchfinder (common)
    Grapefruit Table
    City of Light
    Midnight Still
    Gin Table
    Phosphene
    The Gray Tower (common)
    The Hart (common)
    The Ox (common)
    The Goat (common)
    Silent Sun
    Ceremony
    The Third Nail
    Choir of the Sun
    Cascade Table Sour

I put common next to the ones that may be easier to get. Common at HM is definitely a relative term, but some of those saw some limited distro and hung around the tap room awhile (and there are multiple batches of some).

Bottles were made for The Masonry and given to some friends for their wedding. Bottles were never sold.

There is going to be a bunch of stuff ready in bottles coming out very soon.

Hopefully, some HM makes its way east of the Cascades. Only beer I've had from them thus far was The Seer, at E9.

I've got a couple of bottles of Misere, but I haven't been sure about whether I'm OK to sit on them for a bit before drinking. Is this a beer that should be consumed fresh, or would it be OK to wait? I'm not talking about aging for a year or two, just wondering whether I should treat them like IPAs, and drink quickly, or just drink them in due time, whenever I get around to it.

There's no rush. I specifically horded a bunch with designs to drink them during the warmer months.

There's no problem sitting on them for a bit, but with any beer, don't wait too long. It's been cool to see the changes in this beer since it was bottled last summer, so it's approaching 9 months in the bottle right now. I personally think it's in prime shape right now to drink. You'll have to be the judge if they improve over time.

    Cheers,

    Colin

No plans yet for distribution over there yet. We're self distributing right now and it's tough to get over there at this time.

Speaking of East, We just booked our rooms for Fresh Hop Fest in October, and we plan to roll deep with the HM crew. Along with a couple fresh hop beers of course, we have some pretty cool stuff we're planning on bringing with us to pour.

Forgive the potential ignorance here, but is there any plans for distribution period? Your friends to the south are very interested

Really? Personally, I can't think of any time when your previous post wouldn't be an appropriate comment to make.
