    Had pints of the new Suicide Squeeze (Special Edition) at Belmont Station and Horse Brass. Maltier than expected, but still a fine pint, citrusy and bright.

    Definitely not 3-Way 2014, but we already knew that.

    Also picked up a 4-pack of cans, and will report on those later...

    Is Suicide Squeeze done for this year? That's the impression I got from the beer folks at Whole Foods in the Pearl District yesterday afternoon, and the supply seems to have dried up.

    If it's still available in PDX somewhere, please let me know.

    Still pretty easy to find around the less picked over spots in Seattle. Really damn good IPA, and that's coming from someone who doesn't really worship at the altar of the hop bomb.

    I was hoping for something a bit closer to Portland. (Although if I told my wife, "Babe, I need to go to Seattle for beer," her next words would be, "I'm coming with you. Gimme a sec to grab my coat and knitting.")
