Sounds and looks great, it's hard to not try/buy any and everything from these guys. Great product the cast majority of the time = my money in their pockets. Glad to do so.

At presumably $20 per 500ml (like the others), may only get one :slight_frown:

Sounds awesome. Depth Charged was good but not great to me, but I think if properly executed these particular barrels could make it something extraordinary.

Their BA Black Barleywine, New Desecrator, was one of the best BA beers I've ever had. Pure decadence. I'll get as many of these as I can find but that will probably be 0 as I've never seen any of this series up in NorCal.

Gee, where have I seen someone asking for Depth-Charged in barrels... oh right... (granted, different barrels, but still).

The Depth charred base beer doesn't seem like it would blend well with maple. Bourbon barrel yeah but not the maple. Could be wrong.

Oof. That sounds like a palate killer. Albeit a delicious one.

Actually, it's me fingering your wallet. But it's OK because my fingers smell like bourbon, maple syrup...and beer.

I like DB and Depth Charge, but they fall short of AB and Oaked AB. Sounds overpriced. I'll pass on this.

18-20 dollars is pretty hard to swallow so I will pass but only getting 500 not a full 22 or 24 oz bottle is like a kick in the nuts.

Yet if it came in a 12oz bottle for 7 or 8 dollars I would try it at least once.

haha thanks for that- I thought that statement was a little ridiculous too. That's like asking why people drink beer with other flavors added- like spices, candi syrup, hops, etc.
