CBS is off the board

 

It's Lizard of Koz with vanilla. So it's a bourbon barrel aged stout with chocolate, blueberry, and vanilla. Star of the show to me.

 

Heading up to Founders next weekend. Curious if any beers from Black Party ever hang around? Not asking about CBS just to kill those jokes, but do any ever hang around after the party?

 

After the party, yes... a week after... probably not. Lizard of Koznilla, ba Grand Rapids, 2015&2016 KBS, and nitro KBS are still on today, Not sure how long they will last.

 

Yeah if what the bartender at KBS day told me is correct, yesterday was the last existing CBS in a keg. I hope there's so barrel action taking place underground in Grand Rapids

 

I'd find it hard to believe it was the "LAST" one. They always seem to have one more for a special occasion. It was flowing like water for a while now though. So I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see it just as a general release like it had been.

They never fessed up to what this was, but I have a suspicion it was CBS. This was just over a year before it was released. I haven't seen a similar post, not like they HAVE to though.

I think everything except CBS was still on yesterday. I couldn't make it Saturday and yesterday turned out to be a good day to go. Nitro KBS and Lizard of Koznilla were pretty good. BA GR was ok but not outstanding.

 

I go on Sunday at opening every year, no line and basically the same tap list (minus year old CBS...)
