Are you careful to hydrate before a session?

I drink so much water it's never really a concern. I do make sure to drink a Gatorade or something after a session if I've had enough to get a hangover.

 

I make sure to be well-hydrated independent of drinking, so naturally it transfers over to when I have a few more than usual.

 

Drinking a lot of water is so good for you. I drink water all day long at work. When I'm drinking beer at home, my wife habitually puts a glass of H2O in front of me.

 

Unfortunately I remember but do not hydrate...........

 

Yeah i don't drink as much water as i should,but i recently cut out all soda and primarily drink black coffee.

 

I did that...in high school. Get a good base of carbs too.

All I drink is water and beer, so I stay hydrated pretty much throughout the day. I'll usually have water between every 2 or 3 beers that I drink.

I drink a lot of water so I usually don't have a problem. The only time I ever get anything remotely like a hangover is when I mix Jägermeister with Bacardi 151. I rarely drink more than 3 beers over the course of a night anyway, usually just 1 - 2. And not every night.

 

i drink a shit load of water every day regardless of if i'm planning on drinking. i always drink ~15oz the first 15 minutes i'm awake plus at least 20oz before bed. i drink a shit load of water before/during/after meals as well. i'm always sipping on water.

for example (and this is happening right now: i'm on my 4th GLBC Chillwave dIPA and haven't had a sip of water in almost 2 hours). it's my last beer and i'll easily chug 20oz of water once i'm done. hangovers are rarely a problem with beer unless i get 5 or less hours of sleep.

I can't drink many but it tastes good.

Ever hear of a 24 Karat Nightmare? Equal parts Jägermeister, Goldschlager, Rumpleminze and Bacardi 151. Usually when I have that I have one and one only. But of course the only way to be sure you're doing equal parts is do a shot of each. Over ice it's nice.

I usually remember about 10 minutes before bed, which by that point, is pretty useless.

 

Yeah see the thing is that name isn't appealing in the least. It sounds like something Lil' Wayne would try to order at a cocktail bar.

 

I sometimes go a day or two drinking very little to no water and just 3-4 beers at night. It makes for some crazy color pee. I try to drink water especially at work. But regardless if im planning to drink, water is minimal for me sadly. but all i drink is beer and water.
