Triple Threat - NBS BIF #3

My final installment for @newjack did not go to FedEx today due to some minor health issues that kept me from wanting to stray far from home. I'll drop it off on my way out of town tomorrow afternoon. The silver lining is that the weather, unseasonably warm all week, is cooling back down to more normal temperatures, so if it does wind up sitting in a warehouse until Monday, it will not be baking there.

 

And again I stopped getting notifications. Weird.

There was something of grave importance I had to share with the group but I forgot.

 

Glad to say the bcbs 15 I opened tonight isn't infected (yet)...what a bummer, as this 15 is one of the best bases I've ever had.

 

...and it's now underway! Will send a tracking number to @newjack tomorrow. Right now I'm in bed at my folk's place with a pounding sinus headache. I only stayed up this long to greet my brother and niece when they arrived. I hope to feel well enough tomorrow to split a bottle of Selkirk Abbey's Cuvee with the Bro.

According to tracking info, the second salvo fired at @newjack left Billings, MT, this AM. I'm glad to see it did get out of town yesterday, instead of being stuck in a warehouse all weekend.

 

Winners box is on the way should land early next week.

 

Half way across the country? Can we infer that means it's traveling ALL the way across the country?

 

Y'all should hit people the way @Ozzylizard hit me in BIF #3. He travelled across the country and hit me with some cool beers from his travels. I know some did this, but it's a nice strategy.

 

One could infer that, or maybe its final destination is half way across the country and it will arrive Monday. You never know, oh wait, I know. It is going all the way!

Second place package says on vehicle for delivery today! Last location was Anaheim (hint).

 

Still haven't gotten any response from @newjack re: the second box bearing down on him. I'm under the impression he's Navy. Sure hope he didn't get deployed somewhere and a box including multiple IPAs doesn't wind up hop fading on his doorstep.

 

Pretty sure that was a massive hint, both for the lucky recipient and for me.

 

I'm guessing that means it's not travelling too far.
