Got greedy asking for one more before a dinner reservation across town....

Service was slow, and that Uncle Jacobs to the dome was 0-60. Good times!

My brother and I once poured ourselves some Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA, only to immediately realize we were late for our flight. Had to chug immediately in like 5 seconds haha

My wife neglected to tell me we had a birthday party to go to one time so she was hurrying me out the door and I had just poured myself a ten-fidy. I said "Your driving!" and downed it, ten-fidy is not a good chugging beer.

Zombie Dust can go down pretty fast. Also For a stout I put TenFidy down quickly.

I've chugged quite a bit of Weihenstephan Hefeweissbier over time I'm sure.

I've always thought that Hopslam is best gulped. Not sure why. There's just something about slamming one down that's perfection, though.

A few years back my brother told me he wanted to share a bomber of BC Bramble and bailed as soon as I cracked it open...quickly taken to the dome, woke up at 4am with my heart pounding as my body struggled to process the booze and massive dose of sugar.

    Rare '15.

Funny story. I was at Rare Day with a friend of mine (Group B) and as soon as we walked into barrel aging warehouse the employees gave us the Rare Day glass filled with Rare '15. So we proceeded to have a few sips slowly and walk over to the "?" line where they had BC Vanilla '10 ready to go. Within 5 minutes we got up to the front of the line with half a glass of Rare '15 left but we needed it finished before we could get the Vanilla '10 poured into that glass. So we quickly downed half a glass of Rare '15 each to make room. Funny part of the story: a worker at the event walked up right before our pours and said ' no, no, this "?" booth isn't supposed to be open for another 30 minutes. Please come back then." We ended up going to the draft pours then and got a Prop '14 instead.

Was slow sipping a Darkness as a late order at the Surly Taproom awhile back and when it was time to go I had to slam it. I'd do it all over again.

I can't chug anything...just ask my boyfriend. :flushed: But really, I'm normally a very slow sipper or an "Oh, I forgot about that" kind of drinker. I'm the kind of person that will make a cup of coffee and forget about it for hours.

I did go through my first Arrogant Bastard bomber a lot faster than I was really comfortable with. I was drinking it while watching TV absentmindedly and before I knew it, the whole thing was gone before my show was even over. Felt that buzz a little afterwards!

FFF tends to be very crushable. All their year-rounds are very chuggable, even most of their imperials. All Maine Beer tends to go down super cleanly, dry, and smooth. Lunch wasn't what I expected, but very easily consumed. KBS goes down nice. Shit, any beer that tastes good is worthy of quick consumption. I know I'm not the only fast drinker here.

Sam Adams Utopia. Great American Beer Festival ~2003. We didn't think we had a strong enough buzz as the session neared its end, so we went for the ABV. Sam Adams delivered with he Utopia. As the brewers intended.

The highest rated beer I chugged once is Enjoy By. It's on the top 250. I just don't chug beer very often, but if I do it's a pilsner or shelf IPA.

I always drink beer faster than most.

Can't say I have straight "chugged" one in a while.

The last (quality) beer I can recall drinking more quickly than normal: Lagunitas Waldos Special Ale. Boy, did it sure hit me after 10 minutes.

    Before that?

    Haven't a clue.
