Does anyone know the bottle counts of the variants or can we group source it? I only know Ronaldo was 422. I was in Group B and Marshmallow and French Vanilla were gone when we got up there.

Used exactly zero vouchers. We had far better beer than the guest taps. Enjoy my $40 for nothing FFF.

i'm pretty disappointed no one has posted pictures of fights, the barrel aged water tent and broken dark lord bottles that fell through the wet carton bottle holders. it's only been two pages worth of comments since dark lord day went live. wtf?

i suppose people are passed out at this point and in the AM will post about their missing bottles because people are scumbags. godspeed to you all.

Nobody even tried to steal from us this year, pretty weak.

Don't worry, as I left I heard some poor dude yelling that his backpack with all his DL + glassware had been stolen. So scum still roams those parts.

Also, we're only at page 97, guys, we can do better.

As I've been saying all along, the White Castle in Munster is THE business.

So after reading two pages I've summed up people's experiences..

If you entered through the north gate your day was ruined and everything sucked.

If you entered through the south gate your day was generally great and had a good time.

The event is really what you make it. Have a good attitude, share beers and it will be a good time.

This was the fifth consecutive year for me and my wife, and despite the weather our group had a blast. Must have been that luck from entering the south gate. It probably helped that we set up a mini base camp in the far back of the band tent (away from the sound) that stayed dry.

Expect to be making it a sixth.

When we got there a bit after 11, both south as north lines were out to valpo drive - chose the south because the north took forever last year.

Was one of the first in line for C and was in and out of the brewery with DL by 2:20 (started in line about 130 and shuffled off to the side once we were up to the front), 10 minutes before we were even supposed to be let in. The incredibly efficient DL line probably kept the lines longer at the taps and food.

We must have been in line right next to each other. I got one as well when the guy was shouting "last call for Bourbon barrel..."

Had a pretty good time despite the weather and food lines. Didn't see much on tap, tried BA behemoth and DL.

The highlight was hanging out with with a few BAers and sharing some beer. You guys shared some absolutely amazing stuff. You know who you are.

    Thank you!

Some wasted schmuck tried to walk out with my backpack. He tried to do it non-chalantly, but he was too drunk and I had already been keeping an eye on him. The people he was with got on him pretty quickly, pushed him along to leave, and apologized profusely. But then he stumbled back in to the tent to try to pick up my bag AGAIN when my group was clearly keeping looking right at him. Just felt sorry for him at that point. Had some issues it seems he needs to work through. He was asking everyone to punch him in the stomach earlier in the day... I gave him a pour of bramble early on and he was super happy about it. I shouldn't have contributed to his sloppy drunkness I guess.

Still had a good time overall though despite some lines. People that weren't trying to steal my stuff were all great. Music under the tent with tables was on fucking point.

We were just behind a group in line when BA Dwarven Power Bottom kicked near the south gate and a guy with two in front of me turned around and handed me one for a ticket. If you were the guy in the Cubs poncho my buddy and I greatly appreciated that!! It was a perfect example of what DLD should be!

Considering they placed the cardboard holders inside of cloth bags this year, there's really nothing to else to blame this year if you managed to break your bottles.

The taps were garbage. Yum yum on draft at 4 places all day? Thanks.

Last year Dark Lord was flowing at every FFF station. Didn't see it once this year.

That's my only complaint. Arrived later around 12:30 and never had to stand in a line too long except for food.

Rain sucked but it could have been worse. Overall a lot of fun.
