Nope, wouldn't trade this beer since I enjoy it too much. Feel like this beer deserves to be in the top 250 and want to see it up there at some point. If you feel it was wrong of me to post that, its fine, I apologize. Didn't know soliciting people to review a beer, granted you could give it a bad score for all I care, was a wrong thing to do. I barely make trades anyway, esp don't with people I don't know. I trade with two people I have known for a while now, and I am fine with it being like that. Too much good beer where I am at that I barely get to enjoy.

 

Top 250 is a stretch. Hoof doesn't have any of their brews on the list now, and Jackie O's only has 3 which is outrageous (highest is BB Champion Ground at 113). Regardless, don't pay much attention to those ratings... as long as you like the beer, that's all that matters.

 

I never look at the top 250, but if what you say is true it confirms the irrelevancy of said lists.

 

Good to see champion ground up there just as good as coffee bcbs

 

Not to derail this thread, but only 3 Jackie O's beers in the top 250 is total bullshit.

I saw a few fb posts where people had bought a few 4 packs but didn't seem as hyped as last week I may try to trade for one though to see what the hype for this one is about as a few people posted they really enjoyed it

 

It's good, doesn't quite have the punch of their better IPA's. Lighter/more sessionable.

 

It sounded great and I have really liked the offerings I have had from them. Probably will have to wait to go to another release unless dragon saddle gets announced anytime soon. That's probably the one where I would do what it takes to get it.

Love ya, Johnny, but I haven't ever been wowwed by a Jackie O's beer. And I recently had BA Dark Apparition.
Koffury is not top 250. Sorry. But its a good enough beer to buy again and thats all I give a crap about.

 

So, making some adjustments to the above (sorry don't have access to Instagram), is this correct or is there any more information on upcoming releases?

 

Koffury is definitely not a top 250 beer. But methinks you need to try some more Jackie O's beers!

 

Have they released details for the French Toast Stout and Wet When Slippery releases? I have no plans to go, but may try to set up trades for them.

 

Last I saw was that it would be Wednesday the 18th but nothing since.

I'm assuming no Gose this week as nothing has been posted on Facebook yet. Was really hoping to score a 2 for 1 and hit brunch and bottles at brewpub and then pick up cans on the way home. Knowing my luck, it will drop Sunday the 22nd when I'm out of town.

 

I'll bet we hear about the bottle release by tomorrow (brewpub is closed today) via the brewpub's Facebook page.

 

Should try going to treehouse too . In all seriousness though, had the Fort Point Galaxy Hop and thought it was quite good. Enjoy!

 

I've had a good amount of TH stuff and I'm not overly impressed. Don't get me wrong its good beer but not worth the hassle of getting in line and wasting hours of my trip when I can be in and out of Trillium in 10 minutes.

 

Personal opinion but for me, Trillium >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Tree House, and like you said, you can get just about as much as you want while being in and out in 10 minutes.
