I've been getting into their gose and sour beers lately. Their black gose w/ orange & cranberries collab with Willows Family was excellent. It looks like they are taking CSB program members now for Spring. Are there any beers available in the program that don't make it out to distro?

This sounds like it's going to be pretty good - they're working on a forthcoming clementine gose to be released during Queens Beer Week 5/13-5/22.

I had F7 at the Ginger Man two weeks ago. Very drinkable, refreshing sour.

And yea, to whoever said their naming convention is weird. They do it for a reason, but it's hard to remember what's what.

I'm also not the biggest fan of Singlecut's naming convention either. It's not quite as confusing, but, for example, all the IPAs are Billy this, Billy that. Billy half stack, billy full stack, billy 200 watt, 18 watt, etc.
Then the multiple Kims, multiple Michaels, multiple Erics

Just had the F7 too, big fan! Good mix of funk and sour.

Interesting that in spite of all the hateration towards the numerical naming system, Transmitter's branding and labels won Print Magazine's annual design awards last year, in part due to that very system. Apparently it was modeled after the codes found on old-school QSL radio cards.

Nice! Good to know, and good for them!

I still think it's different if you're only seeing the names on a blackboard, though .

I've seen a bunch on the shelf but I don't know how old they are or what's what. Are these ok with age in them?

Everything I've had from them has been at least good to above average. Couple have been fantastic. They don't brew anything hoppy that would really deteriorate either.

Always loved their branding. Glad they got cred for it.
