Founders' Sumatra Mountain Brown":



This brown ale is deceptively easy drinking, with strong roast coffee nose and tongue. Lighter than other coffee stouts and some porters, the body still has a chewiness to it. No hint of the 9% abv. If you like coffee beers, I think you will like this one. I think it is Outstanding.

It's shaping up to be a rainy day - glad we got some long walks with the dogs yesterday. Cheers from Austin, TX!

Oh and I had this beer lined up fro NBS too but I'll just have to go get more. Go ahead y'all steal my NBS beer. I will be so skinny by the end of summer! Now my project is to go find all the kolsch in singles at the bottle shops. Great lakes has one, saranac has one and someone else too but I do not want to buy cases or session IPA's. Hut two ! Move it!

The rain clouds are rolling by and Mrs. Zombies is sleeping in...and a personal favorite 'flavored' stout keeps calling out to me...how can I deny my sweet tooth?
