    I need to clarify a post I made in the wee hours of the morning. I suffer from insomnia and have had many conversations with @utopiajane who has some experience in this area. My comment that she is almost as pathetic as me was not meant to be disparaging but to note her experience as compared to mine.

    My apologies for my poorly worded post. Hopefully I did not offend anyone.

    I dont want to be intrusive if there has been a misunderstood however Ive dealt with sleep deprivation last fall shortly before joining BA and its both physically and mentally awful and exhausting. It was also impacting on my mood a lot. Sleeping pills didnt help and are too addictive in the long run. I eventually managed to get my shedule and nights on track excercing more.

    Someone bought a new glass :wink:. I love this glassware and own one myself. Very classy.

    As if being a beer geek wasnt enough Im becoming a glassware geek. :stuck_out_tongue:

    you and me both bud, Where my parents live you litterally cross a bridge and end up back in Quebec, Theres a depaneur at the first light and they have like 650 different beers. Their in a pretty great place considering you can only get ontario craft beers at the lcbo which offers a much smaller selection and no quebec brews. Also legal age there is 19 lol. Anyways I digress, They always have nice glassware and in the last month ive bought 2 off them. I have a brasseur illimites tulip at my parents place now because the closest thing they had to a beer glass was a crystal brandy snifter lmfao.

    Thanks for your advice. I have avoided, so far, the sleeping pill route although I have been tempted. Did the time of day you exercise have any impact?

    I have been to Quebec City a number of times, loved the city. I'll have to check that place out!

    ps-I ran into Nick Fotiu at a restaurant once, where noone knew who he was (or were too respectful to bother him during his meal), so I went up to his table and asked for an autograph, his beautiful girlfriend was impressed! :grinning:

    Starting today with Pipeworks Stormy and Dark (4.17). The rating page says retired, but mine was bottled on 4/15/16 and confirmed by the Pipeworks webpage. How do I report this so it can be corrected here? Found the update button...request sent.
