    I had a similar epiphany a few years ago. I was stuck on lagers and brown ales. Then I had a Sweetwater 420 on draft while travelling in SC. I have been a pale ale and IPA fan ever since.

    Much chaos at work today. Needed some Zen time on the deck. Toaster Pastry and some neighborhood friends did the trick.

    G' evening BA's!! Hope everyone's Tuesday was awesome!
    The wife and I ate at the ESPN Club at Disney Boardwalk today, it's nice when she gets these bonuses at work!! :sunglasses::sunglasses:

    CCB Jai Alai on draft for me and The Espy drink for her, she wasn't impressed with it.

    Surf & Turf for her: NY Strip and grilled shrimp with mac n cheese and carrots

    We left there STUFFED! Got the sour cream cheesecake to go for later.

    Since she just got her promotion, I'm thinking she's gonna be getting more of these perks!:grinning:

    So now just sitting here sipping on this tasty beer from Free Will!

    Really love this stuff! I almost don't want to drink it...for the simple fact that I want to keep it longer.:wink::grinning:
    Definitely keeping a couple out of the fridge for later.

    Sorry, but every time I drink this beer I get this song stuck in mah head!:grinning:

    A local this afternoon, all the way from Water Valley, Mississippi.
    Yalobusha Brewing Snopes Family Pilsner

    Light yellow color, bright white cap, Aroma of nice light malt leaning toward rich. Hops present and somewhat intrusive.
    Taste is malt first quickly followed by hops. The hops are spicy, bit of floral, malt lasts through the finish which is clean with some hop aftertaste.

    It looks like a Pilsner, smells like a Pilsner, tastes like . . . well, it tastes like an interpretation by a Brewer who graduated from the if all else fails toss in more hops school. It actually tastes pretty good but is out of balance. I think this would work better at 30 IBUs than at 40.
