I could easily see The Monday..Tuesday..Wednesday Releases lasting into the night and even into the next day if limits are not taken off(Monday did during TBBW).....Thursday and Friday assuredly you need to be in line at 7:45..anyone else have thoughts?

I was thinking the same thing. These could be taking the place of regular Rare Dos which was brewed around this time last year and lasted ten days at the brewery.

If Friday is the neopolitan beer, i could see a lot of people calling in sick friday to make that one. if i were giong, i would not chance at showing up right at almost selling time and wonder whether you would get a bottle or not.

I would. No way anyone gets turned away without a bottle unless this advanced notice brings out of towners in for one bottle. (meaning people from south FL or GA, etc). Most all of his batches have been of the 500+ or 1,000+ range so I doubt this collab is of the 250ish variety.

I'd be willing to bet there are at least 500 bottles hence why Doug left it open to possibly being a 2/p limit but knowing it will likely be 1.

You can go early if you like sitting around, but the difference between getting there at 5am and 7:45am is the difference between leaving Cycle with your bottle/s at 8:05 and 8:20. Cash only and having two people take cash made the process so smooth.

Trying to decide which 1 day next week to make the drive to Tampa. Aside from Cycle any other confirmed releases or special tappings in the Tampa area? Tuesday is the CCB "Growler Choose Day" correct?

CCB is also supposed to tap some Cycle, Civil Society, and Funky Buddha on Wednesday. There might be some nice, limited stuff for that

    Per FB:

"The limit ended up a little silly at 10 bottles - this will cause some trouble with boxes and such but we feel its important that everybody in line at 7:45 does get a chance at the full allotment. We don't expect every person will take the limit, if you have a way to carry the number of bottles you want, we appreciate that!

    $25/bottle, cash only.
Tapping will take place at 5, so no BA draft this morning"

Wouldn't be surprised if this lasted the day. Would be great if these lasted all week, though that's just selfish of me since I won't be by till Thurs or Friday.

Dang 10 bottle limit, I doubt most had that much cash on them. Hopefully the trade gods are good to me and I can land my first cycle bottle this week.

I know the bottles will sell regardless but I have a hard time justifying $25 a bottle for Rare Dos.

Never thought I would ever be in a line at a Cycle Bottle Release and not buy the maximum allocation, but it happened today...I did not see anyone buy 10...the priceless moment of the day though was the guy bitterly complaining about the high limits who had brought his wife down to mule for him and he and her were both mad because it was not necessary

Better safe than sorry. Just goes to show that you truly can not please everybody. No matter what you do

DOS Brunch for Thursday will be $35 per bottle. They are expecting the same limits / lines through Thursday w/ Friday being considerably lower limits.

Wow- wondering where/when the saturation will occur. I know CCB has a ton of BA beer sitting in barrels presumably some will go to El Cat but I expect they'll start having more BA bottles in the future as well.

I don't believe it believe it will. You have to figure that while there is a lot for the ta,pa area, I'd say 75% is going to friends, family and trades out of state.
