Extremely mellow this year, SMS blows this out of the water imo. I'm not tasting or smelling much coffee, at all. And that scares me because this is fresh so I can't imagine what it'd fade to in a year. It's OK, but would MUCH rather have SMS.

 

Had my morning coffee, but this portion is going in a glass... What an amazing coffee stout! So decadent and bold! I've had it before, but it's been a long time... So happy to find it sitting on shelves in Michigan!

Enjoying my beer indoors today since I almost got washed of my bicycle by the rain: Bachus cherry beer. Quite sweet for the style, but still tasty.

 

Day off, Enjoying a beer or 2 and vacuuming the whole house :/ this dog sheds more then the cat!

 

That one surprised me the other day too, excellent little session beer.

 

Rare and glorious Monday off.
Well I guess just about any Monday off is glorious.

 

Enjoying my last Julius this morning after I got sent home at 8:30 this morning making my 24 a 13.5 hour shift instead. It's the little things in life .

 

While I've wanted to try this beer for a while, it's too expensive for me to chance $20 on a four pack and see if I like it. Luckily, a store had a bottle of it on the mix-six rack. While it is good so far, I'm glad I didn't drop $20 for the four pack.

Not from right now, but my last trip to LA. The first night, had a fresh bottle of this, great California IPA


The next night, went to Beachwood BBQ and had Robusta Rhymes with Toasted Coconut off cask. Amazingly like a liquid mounds bar.


Found this in the back of a fridge at a beer store, glad I grabbed it. While I really enjoyed it, I like my barrel aged beers to be a little boozier. This had faint hints of the barrel aging.


The last night there, again I found this in the back of a fridge at a beer store. Excellent, so glad I got to try it!


While we were there, got to do a little sight seeing, enjoyed the area






Glad to be back home though!
