It was actually a really nice morning! I showed up at 7 and was able to catch up on some reading and enjoy the company of some people around. Not all of us waiting in line are crushing bottles and making waste. I actually prefer hanging out in the line for 3 hours when the weather is so beautiful to hanging out in a noisy bar for a few hours to try some different beers.

Anybody else open All Dank yet?

I'm finding it actually to be difficult to drink! It's sweet, sticky, and it's thoroughly clear what they were going for. An interesting beer for sure

Agreed, very sweet but not too cloying. I kinda like that they went for something different.

I actually do think Other Half has somewhat of a responsibility to minimize the burden they put on the other businesses surrounding them during their releases.

And who's to say that it's only for "the madmen who decide to line up 6 hours before opening"? Sometimes people just need to go to the bathroom.

Is that just the Citra hops?

Never really picked up onion in a citra beer. Citra should be more tropical/juicy aromas...I usually get onion from Simcoe and summit

Just cracked open a Telectroscopic. Noticeably darker in appearance than most of their IPAs. Tasting great though. Never had spelt, so I'm not sure what flavors/mouthfeel it's imparting on the beer itself. Off to a good start.

Gah, as I was leaving I realized I failed to do that and I would have loved to know it was say.... AGE and hop showers so that I can take the day off after getting out there at 7am today!

I'm impressed you had the discipline to walk by St. Gambrinus without ducking in. Was it closed maybe?

I stopped in last night on my failed expedition to find (sold out) Threes bottles. That made it easier to skip today.

I wish we could vote on what the next can release will be.

My vote is for Green Diamonds and Mosaic.

    All in favor say "Aye."

These beers are all around unbelievable! Well worth the wait today. Great times with all the people in line. Did a sampling of all 3 with a few people at home, and all dank seemed to be everyone's favorite. The nose on it is ridiculous. Telectroscopic is great too, such a nice color and pure fruit juice. All citra is great too, glad to finally get my hands on some. Cheers y'all!

Anybody finding yeasty sediment in their cans or have they all been as clear (of little brown chunks) as mine?

All Citra is drinking ridiculous right now for 8.5%.

Still a bit green, but dangerous when you consider the ABV. Can't wait to see how this develops over the next week or two.

First canning recipe of Mosaic though, the most recent batch wasn't very good imo.
