    just ordered a toppling goliath sample box thru tavour.....pretty excited to finally try some of this stuff since it never makes its way to california.

    not sure on all the details.... tavour sent out an email last night that said they have been working on a deal with Toppling Goliath for a while. The pack included 5 cans of pseudosue, 5 cans of golden nugget ipa and 5 cans of dorthys new world lager.

    It wasn't better than my best memories of regular draft Sue (an unreliable standard), but I thought the last couple King batches were better after a few days (whether it was only me, the beer changing, or both) so there is still time to wow my palate.

    Cracked a Zeelander last night and it was as great as I remember (whenever the last time it was made...it's been too long). Unless a Pseudo Sue batch blows my socks off again Zee really is my favorite TG offering (BA stouts aside...but even then!).
