What Homebrew Are You Drinking: May 2016

    It's in a keg. The issue is that there is diacetyl-like thing that I didn't notice earlier. I have sometimes corrected this by warming the keg, adding active yeast, and giving it more time. It's a small batch, the inaugural use of my 2.5 gallon keg, so I'm not sure it is worth rescue attempt.

    You should brew in quarts instead of liters. That way when you have a bad batch, you have less to drink. This has been the silver lining in my brews as of late.

    all citra pale ale. not quite the citra bomb i was hoping for. gonna kick up the hop quantities next time.

    Citra hopped Saison. OG 1.054, TG 1.004. 6.7% Came out nice. Good carbonation, citra well noticeable in aroma, [​IMG] Belle Saison did its thing. Cheers!
