Any Cassian Sunset around yet? Regions preferably from DT to the NW burbs as I am in BC.

LTD just dropped of four single barrel bottlings of their BA Nightfalls Russian Imperial Stout at Ace Spirits in Hopkins from the barrels we loaned them. We have bottlings from the following barrels: Krob Creek, George Dickel, Smooth Ambler, and 1792 (Heaven Hill). All are priced at $19.99 with a limit of one per person per barrel. First come first served. No holding of bottles (sorry).

If you stop in and see a guy with giant friendly mutton chops say hi, because that's me.

Sounds like DDH Sue is about done dropping. I'm still in the hunt so if anyone knows of any spots, please post. Also, if you bought more than 1 and were disappointed after cracking your first bottle, I'll buy one off you!

Haskell's WBL has DDH Sue - limit 1 for a price of 7.99. Other gems there: Pompeii, Cassian (singles), Birthday Bomb, Puff, Surly Nein, Abyss, Pinot Suave, and SN Beer Camp singles. Only downside is you have to deal with the nightmare that is Highway 96...

DDH Sue made its way to Mankato. Not sure how, but if it made it here, it should be all over MSP. I picked these up at MGM, and they weren't in the cooler or on the shelf - I stopped in randomly at lunch, one of the guys said, "I got something for you," went to the backroom, came back with these.

I'm pretty sure a tear trickled down my cheek. I love that there's no identifying mark other than the "DOUBLE CITRA" above the bottle date. They weren't even in the system yet, so I went back and shopped (picked up #Merica and Schell's CA/BA Lager), then checked out, raced home, and popped them into the cooler. ETD (Estimated Time of Drinking) = 6:30-ish at the lake.

    Bawitdaba!
