If you're willing to drop the cash on a case of beer, then you really can't complain that the price of a unique beer and dinner pairing is too much.

But considering this is about 100 before tax and tip for a six course meal, it seems solid to me. it doesn't seem that tax and tip is even factored in to the craftsteak vegas break down. I mean, if we're putting it that way, I can dine and dash at any establishment and make my dinner FREE!

If it's too much money, then don't spend it. This really shouldn't be a difficult decision. Save your money and buy just the bottles at the future online sale.

The Noble dinner at Playground 2.0 for OC Beer Week is $175 if that makes anyone feel better or worse.

Folks, all this talk is somewhat irrelevant. With only 100-120 seats being sold, there won't be any tickets available 15 seconds after they go on sale this Sunday.

I wish I could have 15 seconds to buy it. I'm expecting 1-3 seconds.

Does anyone know if there is a special 'preferred' list of people who get access to this dinner ahead of time? For some reason, I'm kind of doubting that there will be 60 seats available at each session when it goes live at noon. which like @grze says, will probably leave only 1-3 seconds to buy ha!

There is. So I'm wondering how many seats will actually be available at the time of sale.

in my experience it goes much higher than 120. the difference is those are for established restaurants that have a stellar reputation. never heard of this chef

Does that someone know how many people were offered pre-sale seats?

I know this is a common thing that is done at many breweries, but it's kind of misleading to the normal public. But I guess they didn't specifically say that there are 60 seats at each session going on sale at noon. They only said there are 60 seats available at each session, while supplies last.

It's not a typo, $140 is all inclusive.

Eureka is not involved, though their contact was a great help in sourcing FO B1 barrels before we developed high-volume barrel contracts of our own.

Retail account draft/case allotment has yet to be determined but the incredible majority of the beer is destined for the Eventbrite bottle sale.

Bottles are $22.95 apiece, tax included.

I was looking at the eventbrite link and it asks for an access code... what's the deal with that?

Not as of right now. Currently filling my growler with regular HazeShift again as a "consolation".

Btw, I asked the bartender about Imperial HazeShift and she had no idea what I was taking about.
