New Jersey BAs, apparently Northside Lounge in Manville now has its own brewery called Brooks Brewery. Does anyone know anything about this? How do they brew? Any info?
I can't keep up anymore. Car is going to get some major mileage this winter. But anything that is near or on the way to Conclave Brewing is a major plus.

Well, Northside Lounge has been around for years but all of a sudden they have a brewery. I was just wondering where/how they brew or any other info. Based on the pics from your link it looks like they have a small system in some back room.
According to the same webpage, it's an Alpha Ruby 1bbl. unit, manufactured by Ruby Street Brewing LLC.
Well if there is free shipping, I'm in. Got all of the options except Digital controls. For $5,500.00 I can look like a pro. Now I just need someone to teach me how to brew.

I will be selling limited number of memberships, t-shirts and pint glasses. If I get a cool name and great logo, I won't ever have to actually brew.
